Organization and Contents of the modulas

Organization of the courses
from October 01st 2010 to June 13th 2011


Training session hours: from 9 AM to 12. and from 1 PM to 4 PM.

Make up Academy studio is officially recognized as a training centre. Recorded under the number 93 06 0623906 with the regional direction of work, the use and the vocational training of Marseilles.

MAKE UP STUDIO ACADEMY (MUSA) is officially recognized as a training centre. The various modulas can be financially supported by several organizations, like: (ANPE, AFDASS, Fongecif, FAF...).
Our modules will allow you to move towards these various trades of make-up:


Beauty make-up for customers (weddings, evening make-up...)

Famous brand make-up (advice, entertainment, podium)
Fashion show make-up (catwalks)
Studio make-up (fashion pictures, advertising campaign)
Film set make-up (movies, video)
Stage make-up (theatre, musical, concert, opera, events).

In the form of:

Long and short courses
Courses with the chart adapted to a specific program (to consult us).

Financings :

The training courses can be dealt with in their totality or partially by organizations of state such as: CIF - DDTFP - ASSEDIC - FONGECIF - AGEFIPH - MISSION ROOM - THE REGIONAL COUNCIL - THE AREA - CNASEA - AFDASS.



Holidays :

The trainees can get school holidays during the year
Outdoor professional training courses
Outdoor professional training courses, not financed, are offered to students in order to practice their knowledge in various fields: Famous brand make-up, Film set make-up, photographs, fashion show make-up, theatre, opera...

Examinations at the end of the course:

Module 1 allows you to take an examination at the end of your studies containing 4 tests: creation of a book, studio make-up, old age techniques make-up and body painting.
The success of this exam will provide you with a qualification of a professional capacity :

COMPLETE TRAINING SESSION FOR PROFESSIONAL MAKE-UP
HAIRSTYLE classes- HALF 2 DAY a MONTH
NAIL TRAINING


Beauty and VISAGISME:
- Morphological study of various faces (form, characteristics)
- Initiation into make-up (complexion, eye, lips)
- Techniques of the shaded tones, command of the light and the shades
- Corrective make-up (camouflage of scars, getting younger, imperfections...)
- personalized make-up according to facial shape (natural and sophisticated)
- Make-up for black skin, use of stronger pigment
- Make-up for Asiatic skin, different correction of the complexion than the European one.

Fashion:
- Photo studio make-up (black and white, colour)
- Fashion shows make-up (haute couture, designers...)

A look back at make-up history through fashion (from the Thirties to nowadays) in order to understand how it has evolved.


Video, television, Clips:
- Film set make-up for men and women (natural and sophisticated)

Cinema:

- Study of historical, dramatic and fantastic characters
- Progressive ageing with make-up then approach to ageing with latex
